Hildiberg Nominated

Vitrum Iceland

Nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2026

Vitrum Iceland is a collaborative design project by Johanna Seelemann, exploring the creative potential of discarded glass and materials that would otherwise go to waste.

Hildiberg collaborated with Johanna Seelemann and Andres Vange on the design and development of the lighting fixtures, giving new life to these materials through light.

We also worked alongside H.A.K.K. on the exhibition design and lighting, bringing the project together in a unique visual experience.

We are delighted that Vitrum Iceland has been nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2026 in the Work category.

Congratulations to Johanna and everyone involved!
